Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc., has become the leader in the Stairlift industry. We are the largest supplier of stairlifts sold directly to our clients, and are the largest independent straight stairlifts manufacturer of the world. The key to our success is simple. We utilize hi-tech systems and processes to ensure a simple to use; yet high quality product is produced.

**WE ARE SEEKING**

This position is an integral part of the Customer Care Team and is responsible for providing technical and product knowledge to the in-house Customer Care Team, Dealers, Installers and end user clients.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by providing assistance and de-escalate issues in a positive and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquires and concerns from customers, vendors and internal staff in a timely manner
- Handle issues related to service, installations and payment issues
- Liaise with our scheduling team to coordinate installation and service appointments
- Assist our Technical Support team with inquiries regarding specific technology
- Determine best course of action for optimum customer retention
- Maintain the in-house CRM database to ensure information is up to date
- Assist the installation and service groups in the field with service related issues
- Other duties as assigned/required

**WHAT YOU HAVE**
- Professional demeanour with clear and polished communication skills
- Self-managed with ability to work as a team
- Demonstrate empathy and patience
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize customer concerns
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to work well with all levels in the organization
- Represent the company positively to clients

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Bilingual**: English and French is Mandatory
- Post-Secondary Diploma or relevant experience in a related field
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is an asset
- 1-3 Years in an customer service or technical support role
- Experience scheduling appointments/planning schedules
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of Google Chrome, Outlook, Excel and Google Maps
