**OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional customer service, in person and on the telephone, and respond to customer and driver inquiries. Holds responsibility for general administrative functions, such as supply orders, and reception functions. This is a full-time role based out of our Athens, Ontario Division.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Communicate with customers, in person or on the phone.
- Take customer orders for goods or services; promote goods or services.
- Provide information about accounts; update accounts; initiate billing and process payments; and receive payment for services.
- Performs Accounts receivable tasks including contacting customers.
- Daily Bank deposits.
- Process over-the-counter Lubricant sales.
- Cardlock inventory Fuel movements.
- Cardlock administration.
- Complete and review daily truck reports.
- Ensure all customer billing is accurate and on time
- Ensures supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time
- Prepares progress reports to ensure processes are in control.
- Contributes to the month-end process.
- Works with sales and operations colleagues to assist in the coordination of installations and/or repairs.

**Other**:

- Provide backup support for other CSRs, and the Office Manager.
- Any other duties which can reasonably be required.

**EDUCATION & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**:

- High school diploma.
- A minimum of 2 years working in an administrative/clerical, accounting role.
- A demonstrable high degree of computer literacy is essential.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze and evaluate information used to make sound business decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, written, and on the telephone.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines and multiple priorities.
