Pharmacy Assistant

We, at Athens Pharmasave, are looking forward to expand our pharmacy assistants team, in order to continue offering our customers the excellent service they are used to in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.

As a part of the team your responsibilities will include:
1-Being the first contact with the clients either Dave to face or over the phone where your communication skills will be put into good use.

2-Identifying the clients needs through asking the right questions to collect the necessary data needed to prepare their prescriptions

3-Preparing the medications orders according to the requests, while reporting any issues to the pharmacist on duty.

4- Working on compliance packaging program in collaboration with the rest of the team.

5- Ensuring proper stock management and stock rotation process, as well as smooth workflow of the dispensary operations.

6- Maintaining general measures and standards in pharmacy practice like patient confidentiality, hygiene and tidiness of dispensary and workplace.

Position:
Permanent position, part time (average 24 hrs/ week) with a possibility of being full time in the future. NO EVENING OR NIGHT SHIFTS, NO WEEKENDS.

Package : TBD based on experience and learning ability.

Qualifications:
1- High school diploma.

2- Diploma from any Pharmacy Assistant Institute is a plus.

3- Previous experience with Kroll dispensing system is a MUST.

4- Excellent communication and maths skills and ability to work under pressure.

5- Strong attention to details as well as ability to multitask.

6- Team player with strong task orientation.
