**GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE**
In this centralized supervisor role, you will be delivering excellent front line customer service experiences by providing information and assistance to the general public and customers. You will coordinate the training and onboarding of new front office staff throughout the NVRC while also developing and implementing training opportunities for existing staff. You will supervise a team and prepare schedules for staff performing Call Centre duties, and work with other Customer Service Supervisors to organize and monitor the efficient operation of the office support services. You will be required to work at multiple NVRC facilities in order to train new staff and support operations.
**ABOUT YOU**
As a leader, you create an inclusive work environment that inspires staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, both internally and externally. You are an excellent communicator who is reliable, responsive to customer needs, and builds positive relationships with your staff team and peers. You are courteous and effective with the public in providing information and assistance regarding our facilities, bookings, programs, activities and community events. You have extensive experience developing, implementing and evaluating training opportunities for both new and existing staff. You enjoy working with a diverse group of people and embrace change and challenges.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
Completion of high school, supplemented by clerical or business courses and sound related experience, including in a supervisory role. You have a sound knowledge of recreation registration software, MS Excel and Word. Previous customer service experience and training is an asset.
This is a regular full-time position which involves shift work with variable times, based on a 35 hour work week. The pay for this unionized position ranges from $28.37 and $33.25 per hour.
