Three Point is a service-focused Kelowna-based company operating since 1994. We manage a fast-growing Mortgage Investment Corporation, working with both investors and licensed mortgage professionals.

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities & Duties**

The Mortgage Administrator is responsible for processing financial and non-financial information such as:

- Reviewing files, preparing documents, and inputting data into company database and software programs
- Preparing Offer to Loan agreements and forwarding to mortgage brokers as well as subsequent follow up communication
- Preparing statements of loan advances
- Ordering and reviewing property title searches
- Reviewing signed documents and preparing mortgage instructions for lawyers’ offices
- Collecting and analyzing documents (i.e. insurance & property tax info) to meet pre
- and post-funding requirements
- Providing reliable, consistent support to Three Point Mortgage Underwriters
- Providing vacation coverage for other office positions as required
- Other duties as assigned which may include assistance in the mortgage renewal and default departments

**Position Requirements**:

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and exceptional service to clients
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Self-directed, intuitive and keen to learn new processes & procedures
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- High degree of confidentiality
- Adaptable and willing to fill other roles as needed
- Previous mortgage administration experience and/or Mortgage broker license an asset
- Experience with loan servicing or CRM software an asset
- Experience in the banking, accounting, or legal sector an asset
- Experience with Dolphin’s MIC Manager system an asset
- Friendly, positive, and kind

**Compensation Details**
- Working primarily on site in our Kelowna office with hybrid flexibility.
- We offer an excellent competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including a team bonus plan, matching savings program, and a medical & dental benefits package.
- Training will be provided as needed (in the specifics of Three Point’s systems and processes).
