Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Member Services to lead our team of Member Service Representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, exceeding customer expectations, and driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Manager, Member Services, to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Coach and develop Member Service Representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Exemplify Coast Capital's brand and values, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage cash and security-related matters, and ensure compliance with Coast Capital's standards.
  • Recruit, engage, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a bank or credit union.
  • Proven track record of success in leading front-line employees and driving sales growth.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, and Investment Funds in Canada certification.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and technology, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about coaching and developing employees, and committed to Coast Capital's purpose and values.
