Human Resources Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and Health & Saftety/Labour Code compliance. This is a crucial role in our organization, as the HR Manager will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring the success of our employees.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Oracle or PeopleSoft
- Supervise the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
**Skills**:
- Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working within an HR role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle or PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of payroll processes and experience with Rippling or similar payroll software
- Ability to present information effectively to both small and large groups
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
