**Job Description**:
- So, what will your new role look like?_
We seek a highly motivated and resourceful marketing generalist who will autonomously generate and drive demand and growth for our product, Didacte.
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Campaigns, this role requires a full understanding of the Sales/Marketing funnel and customer touchpoints to generate high-quality sales leads and create compelling and consistent communications that follow the brand strategy, generating awareness and driving demand for the product.
You will:
- Leverage global marketing strategy and framework to define a demand generation strategy that meets the market’s needs.
- Manage end-to-end marketing for Didacte, including marketing campaigns, paid media, SEO, specialized content/collateral, events, and reporting/tracking of ROI on initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales business leaders and Marketing leaders to support strategic sales and marketing priorities.
- Create and execute marketing and lead generation campaigns across various regions.
- Own local CRM lead routing and management process for marketing-generated leads.
- Capitalize on knowledge of industry trends and competitive analyses.
- Use a program approach to execute content themes through campaigns, digital, and events strategies.
- Balance the volume and quality of leads to achieve a return on Marketing spend and meet budgets.
- Develop a tight partnership with Sales to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Report on the performance of campaigns and demand generation activities.
**What will your future team look like?**
You’ll interact with the Manager, Marketing Campaign for day-to-day guidance and professional development, you’ll report monthly on campaign activities to CRO and revenue managers. You’ll also work closely with Didacte’s Account Executive.

**Qualifications**:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing in the technology or SaaS industry;
- Understanding of the regional differences and nuances of marketing across various provinces, states, and global regions (North America and Europe).
- Proficiency in the use of a CRM, Hubspot an asset;
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication abilities in English (French is an asset);
- Successful track record in supporting lead generation and opportunity acceleration;
- Experience running campaigns for the North American market;
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage workload with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to thrive in fast pace & high growth environment.
