YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Strategy**:
Working alongside CRM and the brand marketing teams (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road, Can-Am On-Road, Marine group), you will:
Participate and lead various projects

Work closely with different teams to execute and align vision with brands strategies

Analyze campaign results and share recommendations

Play a key role in lead acquisition to maintain a healthy database

Build and optimize consumer journeys through personalized touchpoints and content.

Foresee and share best practices to bring innovation and increase program performance.

**Processes**:
Working alongside your team members and partners, you will execute marketing automation processes that will support brands, to:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns from beginning to end.

Ensure quality control for CRM campaigns and make sure they are delivered on time.

Standardize acquisition processes throughout brands and regions.

Maintain, improve, and monitor the lead management system.

Help align internal and external teams on priorities and roadmap.

A/B Testing global campaigns.

Qualify leads and manage opportunities to ensure conversion.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the CRM tools.

Ensure deliverability and monitor IP reputation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Qualifications | Education

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

A minimum of 3 years experience in customer relationship management or e-commerce.

Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution or Salesforce required.

Accustomed to HTML and JavaScript.

Fluent in English & French both written and spoken.

**Soft Skills**:
Eager to engage and innovate.

Ability to work in collaboration with different divisions of the organization.

Good communicator.

Great problem-solving skills and creativity.

Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.

Ability to prioritize work and to multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.

Ability to lead medium scale projects.

**Other Requirements**:
This role can be based in either Montreal or Sherbrooke.
