**THE BUSINESS**

Synergy Mastermind was founded in 2020 by Darren Voros, Randy Molland and Steve Arneson. After attending trainings and masterminds in the US, they were searching for something similar in Canada but were met with a lack of options. With their combined backgrounds in hosting meetups, training and events and their passion for helping others, they knew they had the ability to bring a high caliber mastermind to Canada.

Synergy Mastermind is a group of high caliber real estate investors who come together to be educated by expert speakers, attend epic live events, create accountability, collaborate on ideas and scale their businesses to new levels.

**THE ROLE**

To facilitate the continued growth and enhancement of Synergy Mastermind, we are in search of a Vice President to take on the strategy development and operations of the business. This industrious individual will be accountable for:

- **Business Development - **establish and execute a business development strategy to generate new revenue streams and drive sales growth. Network and explore opportunities to diversify and enhance mastermind offerings.
- **Event Management - **build an event strategy and lead the team in successful venue selection, speaker coordination and event promotion. Manage the event budget to maximize value while achieving profitability targets. Engage high-profile speakers and educators whose values align with Synergy Mastermind.
- **Member Experience - **create an engagement strategy that drives valuable outcomes for members. Generate loyalty through meaningful relationship building and networking with members.
- **Day to Day Operations - **provide recommendations on business opportunities to Synergy Founders.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 8+ years experience establishing and implementing the strategic direction of an organization.
- Leadership experience in B2B sales and client care.
- Event planning experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel at least quarterly within North America and be available evenings and weekends.
