Luxury Granite, Quartz & Marble Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Regina, SK.

**Position Summary**:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. This position will be responsible for the overall management of the operations and maintenance of the fleet of vehicles. The Operations Manager will ensure that all required policies, procedures, and systems are in place and are followed by all employees. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the company’s fleet is in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The position will also be responsible for developing and implementing a safe work environment for employees as well as ensuring that safety policies are followed at all times.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Project Management and Coordination**:

- Oversee the end-to-end project management process for all stone countertop fabrication and installation projects.
- Liaise with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain an adequate inventory of raw materials and supplies.

**Developing Clear Job Descriptions and KPIs**:

- Collaborate with department heads to create comprehensive job descriptions for the fabrication team, installation team, and sales team.
- Establish measurable KPIs for each department to track performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions and KPIs to align with business objectives and industry standards.

**Accountability and Performance Management**:

- Implement a robust performance management system to hold teams accountable to their assigned KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback, identify areas for improvement, and recognize achievements.
- Address performance issues proactively and develop action plans to improve individual and team performance.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the fabrication, installation, and sales workflows.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and adjust as needed.

**Safety and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards for finished products and customer satisfaction.

**Resource Management**:

- Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
- Monitor production capacity and plan for resource scaling as needed to accommodate business growth.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs for employees within each department and work with HR to provide appropriate training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

**Asset Management**:

- Ensure that equipment maintenance is scheduled and implemented
- Ensure that back up parts are on hand as required
- Supervise, train, and manage all activities of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
- Manage equipment to ensure it is in compliance with applicable regulations as well as maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain equipment records to ensure they are accurate and complete at all times.
- Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition according to applicable regulations as well as maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or stone countertop fabrication industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of stone countertop fabrication processes and materials is a plus.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
