**Lead Generation Specialist**

As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will be part of our salesforce whose mission is to commercialize the vadiMAP solution.

During the first six (6) months, you will set up discipline across the salesforce with lead generation, contribute actively to the integration of a CRM and instill a sales-driven organization with your own result-oriented initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Assume the entire lead generation process responsibility including throughput and change management across the organization.
- Reach out directly to prospects and clients (single-site and multi-site building owners), improve the qualification of opportunities and seek high-value connections.
- Conduct hit rate analysis of the targeted and opportunistic market subsegments to help the salesforce improve the conversion rate.
- Follow-up with prospects when members from the salesforce are busy serving clients for new or existing projects.
- Occasionally, align the salesforce and the vendors involved in the proper functioning of databases, the CRM effectiveness and lead follow-through actions.
- Provide feedback to marketeers to optimize their efforts in improving the user experience and the generation of new high-quality leads.

**Job Requirements & Skills**
- Strong sense of entrepreneurship and must enjoy multidisciplinarity.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) or equivalent background.
- Sense of initiative, organization and planning. Very focused on team results and end-user satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining rapport with clients - which requires writing and speaking in English and French.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and gathering high-quality information.
- Quick learner for technical outcomes - awareness of real estate, buildings and energy will be assets.
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with teammates from various fields and backgrounds.
