What we’re looking for:

Prevu3D is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our vibrant team, propelling our market success and pushing boundaries. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth through the creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns, meticulous monitoring of campaign analytics, and effective management of Sales Development Representative (SDR) initiatives. Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in managing the Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) life journey and optimizing account distribution for maximum sales effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for Prevu3D solutions.
  • Design and implement email workflows, templates, and content.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools for scheduling and personalization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies for better results.


SDR Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with SDR team on outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Offer guidance on strategies, messaging, and audience segmentation.
  • Track SDR performance, offer coaching, and implement process improvements.


Reporting Support:

  • Create and manage reporting dashboards to track KPIs for email and SDR campaigns, lead progression, and revenue generation.
  • Generate regular reports and insights for stakeholders on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and optimization.


SQL Life Journey Management:

  • Define and improve the journey from lead qualification to sales handoff.
  • Establish lead scoring and qualification standards to prioritize valuable opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales for smooth lead transitions and alignment.


Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, email marketing, and SDR management.
  • Expert in CRM systems specifically HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments and proficient in both French and English
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
