- Now Hiring: Client Coordinator (4 month contract)_
The Client Coordinator within our Relationship Management department will assist in preparing and facilitating client Annual General Meetings. The Client Coordinator is responsible for providing quality service to clients and has a keen curiosity about the financial services industry
Key Accountabilities- Creating and preparing packages for shareholder meetings- Preparing equipment in advance of shareholder meetings- If required, attending in person shareholder meetings, setting up laptops and registering shareholders-
- Filing client documents- Responsible for compiling data from the shareholder meetings and creating a report to be sent to the client- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements- Perform other duties as assigned
Must Have:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative/similar role- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite products- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients- Ability to understand clients’ needs and develop appropriate solutions- Experience in providing professional and supportive interactions with clients- Strong decision making and problem solving skills- Highly organized with strong attention to detail- Works well in a team environment and independently
Nice to Have:
- English/French Bilingual, an asset- Experience in the Financial services industry, an asset
