Human Resources Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Host orientation sessions and ensure new hires complete all aspects of onboarding.
- Administer weekly payroll and group benefits program.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests (i.e. about pay, benefits, etc.)
- Create and maintain records of personnel-related data.
- Create weekly and daily employee schedules.
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures and scheduling employee evaluations.
- Create and administer corrective action forms, write ups, and terminations (if necessary).
- Organize employee events and recognition activities.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 3+ total years of human resources experience, is an asset.
- A Bachelor of Business Administration or other degree in a related field, or an HR certificate.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet workflow deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite. Experience using Indeed would be an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
