Job Description

Le titulaire du poste réalise des projets régionaux relatifs aux activités des RH tout en soutenant ses équipes des RH locales (directeurs des RH, partenaires d'affaires, RH et intervenants des centres d'excellence) dans la région des Amériques. L'une des principales responsabilités du poste consiste à recueillir des commentaires sur l'expérience avec les services dans les pays et à contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et de conception de processus.

Le chef des relations clients des RH est responsable de ce qui suit:
Établir des partenariats avec les équipes des RH locales dans les pays de la région des Amériques afin de déployer et de mettre en œuvre des projets et des initiatives en matière de RH.

Diriger les activités de préparation organisationnelle pour concevoir et exécuter des plans de communication, des plans de gestion du changement et des activités de formation pour les publics cibles (communication et formation sur le changement). Les publics cibles comprennent les équipes des RH locales et les centres d'excellence au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Servir d'agent du changement pour favoriser les changements de comportement, d'état d'esprit et de méthodes de travail. Travailler avec les principaux intervenants pour créer des stratégies de gestion et d'adoption du changement qui répondent aux besoins du marché.

Cibler des possibilités d'activités d'amélioration continue en mettant l'accent sur la simplicité et les besoins des clients.

**Type de travail ou de projets**:
Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera avec des équipes de projet mondiales qui ont une incidence sur les RH de la région des Amériques, principalement le Canada et les États-Unis.

Les projets couvriront différentes disciplines des RH, comme le talent, le perfectionnement du leadership, l'apprentissage, la rémunération, les systèmes de données sur les employés, la diversité et l'inclusion.

Exposition importante aux équipes et aux activités du Canada et des États-Unis.

**Compétences requises**:
Solides connaissances en tant que partenaire d'affaires RH ou ont travaillé dans l'apprentissage, l'acquisition de talents, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux.

Connaissance du marché canadien en ce qui a trait au droit du travail et des RH.

**Connaissance des systèmes de RH**: Workday, Microsoft Suite, Visier.

Expérience en gestion de programme/projet.

Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale.

Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis.

**Compétences souhaitées**:
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement virtuel.

Expérience de travail au sein d'un environnement mondial, en particulier au Canada et aux États-Unis.

**Formation**:
Baccalauréat

**A noter**: on recrute un contract de 12 mois
