Office Manager/receptionist

**Job Overview**
The Office Manager will oversee the administrative activities of the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
**Duties**:
- Coordinate front desk activities and manage incoming calls
- Manage clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Handle payroll processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Interest in learning bookkeeping and tax preparation would be an asset
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for payroll processing
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or Sage 50 Accounting would be an asset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Compensation may be higher will be based on experience
- We offer a full benefits plan
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
