**What it’s all about**:
The Junior Key Account Manager is the single point of contact with customers, and provides a superior service culture to both external and internal customers. As the primary liaison to engage with the customer in communications, quotes and price changes, this role will also provide support to the Account Manager, and facilitates interactions between internal supporting departments and customer corporate offices.

**What you'll do**:

- Main point of contact for assigned Multi-Unit Accounts
- Provides support to Account Manager for assigned customers
- Coordinate chain quotes including all price changes
- Liaison for customer service with Head Office
- Support customer rebates and all reporting related to a given Multi-Unit customer

**What we need**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Procurement considered an asset
- High level of customer service excellence required
- Strong organization and time management skills required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong decision making skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
