Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is results-oriented, customer-focused, and has a proven track record in sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in Manager on Duty Program as Scheduled

**Experience**:

- 3+ years Proven experience in sales management or related role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Technical sales background is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and sales data
- Experience in account management and business development
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
