Front Desk Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable front desk coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the front desk coordinator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all who enter our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing the flow of traffic in and out of the office
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burlington, ON L7L 0E4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
