The Spa Associate is the first contact for our Spa. That is a very important role. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional. Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment are ideal as you are required to share the benefits of our membership program with each client every time to help them see that self-care is affordable and so important.We are open 7 days a week, weeknights until 10pm, Saturdays until 6pm, and Sundays until 8pm. Being able to work a variety of shifts is critical to the role. We offer a commission on membership sales, and product sales, on top of your hourly wage. Part time and full time hours are available. Advancement is an option as there are always senior responsibilities to be taken over from management, given the demonstration of skills.We offer a variety of perks, from discounts on all services from massages, to facials, to laser hair removal, to health and dental benefits, flexibility with hours, and most importantly, getting to work with a really fantastic group of people.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ideal past experience would be working at a gym or other membership driven environment
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and advanced skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Ability to multitask
- A strong desire to do your job well

Job Duties
- Outreach to clients who haven't been in recently
- Sell Memberships to new clients
- Warmly welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the front desk
