**About the Role**:
**Account Coordinators** support the account service team. This role collaborates with teams across the agency to tell stories, pursue the best ROI and drive exciting content on social media platforms.
A passionate team player, Account Coordinators are excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills. They are detail-oriented and thrive in a multi-tasking environment. The Account Coordinator will consistently look for ways to proactively assist the team to ensure each account is running seamlessly by checking every last detail on a day-to-day basis.
As an **Account Coordinator**, you will report directly to the Account Executives, and work closely with the Account Director and Account Managers. You will be an integral part of developing and maintaining influencer programs and other initiatives with an education client.
This role requires a passionate and creative individual who is well-versed in all major social media platforms (especially TikTok) and is proactive in exploring the potential of student life and education.
**What you'll do here**:
- Assist the account team in identifying influencers, social media strategies, paid media etc.
- Research statistics and facts, new trends, influencers, new social media platforms etc with a focus on TikTok.
- Monitors influencer postings
- Work on multiple facets of client programs including research, monitoring, analytics and reporting
- Assist with operational tasks including meeting set-up, invoice processing, tracking
- Creates and maintains content calendars and coverage trackers
**What you need to have**:
- Insider knowledge of education, student life and it's subcultures a bonus. (math, biology, and chemistry a plus.
- Extended TikTok professional experience is not required, however, in-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform as a user is mandatory.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Critical thinker that can clearly communicate ideas and solutions
- Self-educator that keeps up-to-date on relevant social, digital and cultural trends
- Team player who works will across departments and with external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong attention to detail
