Administrative Assistant

Our clinic is looking for a bilingual (English/French) reliable Administrative Assistant with experience working in healthcare.
Flexible work arrangements, work from home, 15-30 hours per week with the possibility of becoming full-time depending on fit.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Maintain clinician calendars;
- Establish communications between client, directors and team members;
- Oversee client appointments, requests and activities;
- Provide support to the team and clinicians with scheduling, and client communication;
- Organize documents and filling;
**The following qualifications are required**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role;
- Outstanding spoken and written communication, and interpersonal abilities;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Self-directed and able to work independently;
- Motivated to learn new skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask;
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles;
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software;
- Strong written communication skills in both English and French;
- Degree in business administration or relevant field;
- Ability to work remotely;
