Talent Acquisition Partner

**What you'll be doing**:
- Gather approvals, craft awesome job postings, and design fit-for-purpose interview processes in line with our recruitment framework.
- Develop and maintain strong and effective business relationships with hiring managers and senior management.
- Collaborate with and share your expertise with other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Keep track of your hiring data and regularly draw insights to continuously improve our processes and strategy.
- Champion diversity & inclusion best practices in all our hiring processes.
- Responsible for engaging with and finding top talent (e.g. attend recruitment events, job boards, strategic sourcing initiatives, creating relationships with local schools, etc.).
- Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of Lightspeed's overall sourcing, recruitment hiring plan and objectives.
**What you need to bring**:
We're a global Talent Acquisition team of over 30 people. Our team is responsible for attracting top talent.
- Proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, successfully hiring for specialized and technical roles.
- Successful experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business.
- Experience advocating for diversity of thought and collaborating with others to highlight its value.
- Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
