The role of a **Business Development Representativ**e is crucial to the growth of our organization. This professional will focus on driving sales in expanding territories by identifying and nurturing new opportunities, primarily through face-to-face meetings or phone conversations. The Business Development Representative we hire will effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services, establishing strong connections with customers that will drive the expansion of our client base.

**Business Development Representative will**:

- Engage with potential customers on a daily basis to evaluate and analyze their needs and preferences
- Highlight the benefits and advantages of our product's functionality to potential customers to effectively communicate its value proposition
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the best possible customer experience, providing support and assistance where needed
- Prioritize and manage leads effectively, ensuring that no opportunity is missed and that all potential customers are given proper attention
- Utilize a variety of sales and marketing methods to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Participate actively in sales meetings, contributing to discussions about deals and pipeline growth strategies to help drive business growth
- Use Salesforce to track all sales activities accurately, making sure that all customer information and interactions are recorded and easily accessible
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and competitive landscape in the telecommunications industry to ensure that our product remains competitive and attractive to potential customers

**Qualities we are looking for**:

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer service, and/or related fields
- Passionate for sales and constantly looking to improve the skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a team, and efficient working solo
- Recognizes that sales outcomes are determined by the level of activity and effort exerted
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Can commute to our Etobicoke office daily
