Real Estate Administrative Assistant

As the Realtor’s Assistant you will be responsible for supporting them. Your duties include but are not limited to; client liaison, managing the busy schedule of the Realtor, handling various correspondences, listings, preparing client packages, drafting proposals and offers. Researching properties, record keeping, preparing prospect lists. Making calls to verify information and set appointment, light accounting duties.
The ability to self manage take ownership of office is essential. Previous experience in a similar role a MUST and experience with MLS Skyslope and KVCore. This position will suit someone who enjoys responsibility variation and building and managing client relationships and going the extra step to make sure everything is completed on time and with high standards. Willingness and flexibility are key as is professionalism and go getter attitude.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Kleinburg, ON L0J 1C0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
