We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with Warehousing and Rental equipment background experience and knowledge. Position: Administrative Assistant

**Salary**: $27.50 per hour for 40 hours a week.
Location: Pedersen's Event Rentals

Vacation: 10 days

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including managing correspondence, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations, including assisting with inventory management and equipment tracking.
Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about rental equipment and warehouse processes.
Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse documentation, preparing reports, and analyzing data to support decision-making.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to facilitate efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:
Administrative Experience:
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehousing or rental equipment environment.
Knowledge of Warehousing: Solid understanding of warehousing operations, including inventory management, equipment tracking, and safety protocols.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with team members, customers, and vendors.
Proficiency in Office Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with computerized warehouse management systems.
Educational Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Business Management and Accounting is highly desirable
