**Responsibilities**:
- Provide counseling services
- Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment
- Have strong rapport building and counseling skills
- Maintain records and schedule shifts according to office procedures
- Help clients to be the hero in their own healing journey
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- **Must have a professional designation** and be in good standing with a professional association (Register Psychologist, Provisional Registered Psychologist)
- **Independently** **carry current liability insurance**:
- Ability to contribute positively to the Bridge Counseling Team
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vulnerable clients and diverse populations
- Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superb organizational skills
- The ability to provide assessments is an asset
- Experience working with children and teens is an asset
- 3+ years of experience counseling
**Option to work a fixed or flexible schedule**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 25 per week
**Salary**: $85.00-$93.00 per hour
