**What you’ll do**:
The Product Engagement and Services team is a dynamic team with two main areas of focus. First, to drive comprehension and usage of our credit card features, and two, develop new alternative product and services for Canadian Tire. This position will support both areas of business providing a wide range of experience in business strategy and new product development.
- Review data & insights to monitor program success, and identify business opportunities
- Develop customer/marketing programs to drive awareness and usage of credit card features
- Complete competitive research to inform business strategies & new product development
- Participate in research development to inform strategies, if required
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver on business strategies

**What you bring**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and have positive collaborative team experiences
- Previous Retail experience an asset
