**Description**:
The Product Owner will lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery new functionalities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product - Working with Product Managers
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Translates and communicates the product vision to Agile development teams utilizing the Scrum framework.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and to produce a clearly defined backlog.
- Champion’s solutions and prioritizes requirements to deliver best value to the customer and the business.
- Acts as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and decide actions.

**Qualifications**:

- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or business-related Technical Discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/SAFe process and principles
- Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Adapts quickly to changing customer priorities.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience collaborating with teams outside of Product, such as Engineering, Marketing, Design, etc.
- High proficiency with ALM software tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Nice to have: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
