Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper
**Job Type**: Full time (30-40 hours/ week), permanent, in-office

Bleacher Rentals is a rapidly growing company in need of an Administrative Assistant/ bookkeeper for their Simcoe, Ontario office.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour. Pay rate will be negotiated depending on experience.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday; hours are somewhat flexible.
**Work** **Location**: In person - Simcoe, ON (rural): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
The Administrative Assistant/ bookkeeper position is responsible for providing office support, clerical, and daily bookkeeping tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Reception (answering and directing phone calls)
- In-house bookkeeping: bill payments, accounts receivable, payroll, setting up accounts with suppliers, etc.
- Ordering and purchasing, inventory management
- Human resources documents and organization
- General office support (filing, form completion, etc.)
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases and spreadsheets with precision.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Minimum High-school diploma
- Knowledge of Google sheets / workplace
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or book keeping role
- Asset: experience with Hubspot or other CRM program, experience with Aircall or other VOIP system.
