Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Intermediate** for one of our clients.

**Position: Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Intermediate**

**Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)**

**Duration: Long Term Contract**

**Must Haves**:

- Run and maintain automation testing framework, automated test scenarios/test cases & automation scripts to generate and validate test data.
- Log, Track and Manage defects in DevOps and/or JIRA.

**Experience and Skill Set Requirements**

The System Testing/QA Specialist will be expected to hit the ground running and will use their expertise and attention to detail to help the project achieve a robust and comprehensive quality assurance approach.
- Work with Project Team in the analysis, design, development, implementation and ongoing support for all phases of functional testing.
- Strong analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements.
- Experience with manual, automated and API testing processes.
- Organize and support testing efforts including systems integration tests, functional tests through end-to-end automation.
- Run and maintain automation testing framework, automated test scenarios/test cases & automation scripts to generate and validate test data.
- Execute manual and automated tests in a timely manner, reporting progress and defects to the PM and project stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Log, Track and Manage defects in DevOps and/or JIRA.
- Technical knowledge and experience working with Development and Infrastructure teams.
- Comfortable testing in Agile methodology and DevOPS practice following their principles.
- Provide key inputs to the Change Management Lead and vendor in the design and develop of test strategy, test plan and test execution report.
- Knowledge and experience in successfully setting priorities and delivering quality results on time and on budget.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and anticipating stakeholder needs and expectations across a multi-sector environment.

**Criteria 1**
- Work with Project Team in the analysis, design, development, implementation and ongoing support for all phases of functional testing.
- Strong analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements.
- Continually assess progression of test readiness by stakeholder groups and refine or supplement the test plans as required to promote adoption.

**Criteria 2**
- Experience with manual, automated and API testing processes.

- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
- Experience in preparing technical presentations
- Consultant may be asked to work on additional projects/assignments
