Toronto, Canada Granville College Full time

Main Duties:

- Represent the company to maintain contact with existing school partners and engage with students to expand the network
- Approach potential students and develop a client base
- Meet monthly enrollment targets to contribute to the overall success of the admissions team
- Provide input to our Marketing department to improve our website content, social media, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with other required departments to execute the Sales, PR, and Marketing strategy for the school aimed at prospective clients
- Organize and run external marketing events such as Open House Days, aimed at driving enrollment, by the agreed calendar and strategy
- Present a positive impression of the school in all interactions with clients, students, and their families, whether by telephone, face-to-face, or in writing; be the key point of contact for the potential client(s) from the first contact with the school until the student's first day
- Develop and conduct school tours, as required, for prospective clients, effectively selling the school and promoting its academic and non-academic achievements
- Complete enrollment paperwork for clients and ensure smooth and timely workflow
- Maintain accurate records of all student transactions and maintain accurate student files
- Ability to inspire students to their highest levels of achievement and excellence

Qualifications:

- A post-secondary degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly enrollment targets
- **Private Career College admissions experience preferred**

As an **Admissions Advisor**, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Facilities Manager and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree AND previous experience in admissions, nursing, therapy or related field highly preferred.
- Must have previous experience in the following areas: referrals, assessment, data collection, diagnosis, treatment planning and management, prognostication, admission counseling, family counseling, staff management etc.
- Must have experience directly or indirectly influencing the decisions of individuals within the facility regarding clinical procedures, diet, sleep etc.
- Must have ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and the public as a basis for cooperation and partnership.
- COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status

**Duties**:

- Performing admission calls to determine if a patient is suitable for admission to the facility.
- Assessing patient’s needs, personal preferences, and needs using personal assessment tools.
- Obtaining and reviewing medical records or viewing video recordings of medical examinations or consultations to determine if patients are suitable for admission to the facility.
- Effectively communicating with patients, visitors, facility personnel and the facility’s staff.
- Coordinating medical appointments for patients including obtaining consent and documentation from patients and their families as well as completing necessary forms when necessary to complete the appointment.
- Coordinating referrals between the admissions department and other departments within the facility.
