**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**
- Create and test program calculations in the program calculation tool in conjunction with customer-specific requirements of program development and validation
- Adhere to program management processes and documentation, perform basic SQL queries and analysis, review data, create reports
- Coordinate and track tasks, deliverables and client communication
- Research issues and create solutions

**In order to be successful in your role, it is important that you**
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Understand processes, best practices, and workflow design and implementation
- Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Have strong problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Can translate business client requirements into written specifications and develop innovative solutions
- Can thrive in a team environment and easily build relationships with internal AGDATA team members as well as with clients
- Have experience with MS Office, specifically Excel

**It would be even better if you have the below skills/qualifications, but they are not a must.**
- Familiarity with SQL programming structure
- Familiarity with Agile, JIRA or other management systems
