Quality Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team at ATS Automation. This role will play a key part in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop strategies to meet their needs.
- Lead regulatory audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Mentor junior Quality Engineering personnel and provide training on quality processes and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
- ASQ CQE certification is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
