Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team at ATS Automation. This role will play a key part in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop strategies to meet their needs.
  • Lead regulatory audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Mentor junior Quality Engineering personnel and provide training on quality processes and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • ASQ CQE certification is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
