**Role Profile**

**A typical day as a Manager, Financial Reporting includes**:
Lead the monthly and annual preparation of the financial statements with thought leadership from the Controller including:

- Directing a streamlined and efficient month end close to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Working with Senior Leadership Team and the Innovation team to ensure the organizational agreed-upon strategy is reflected in the annual financial results and budgets
- Managing the financial reporting process, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and quarterly reports to the board and other stakeholders
- Helping to develop and maintain accounting policies
- Leading financial reporting projects, such as implementation of changes in accounting standards
- Managing relationships with external auditors and reporting entities
- Reviewing corporate financial information for accuracy and consistency
- Participate in other ad-hoc duties and special projects
- University degree with CPA designation
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in accounting and operations
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Good Industry
- Management experience, with the ability to direct a team through the month end close and full cycle of accounting
- Financial Agility, with the ability to communicate across all level of the organization
- Can Do, Grit, Growth Mindset and Ownership attitude is critical to this role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- ERP knowledge is an asset
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
