Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary:
Johnson Electric is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information to our corporate and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Canada Service Shared financial statements within a 2-day close cycle.
- Review all journal entries made by the Shared Services Finance team.
- Detailed review and presentation of financial statements, including identifying unusual trends in the balance sheet.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA or CPA, CA designation.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with experience in Epicor-CMS, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Cognos, and Oracle FCCS preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a public accounting firm or automotive/manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to working in an international environment, with multi-currencies and different time-zones preferred.
- Cognos and Oracle FCCS consolidation experience preferred.
