What Opportunity Awaits?

What you will do - The Epic Human we are looking for will;
Elicit requirements using interviewing techniques, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits use cases, scenarios and task and work flow analysis.
Critically evaluate and analyze information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts, breakdown high level information into details and distinguish user request from the underlying true need.
Provide suggestions to the database analysts or development team during the development stage to ensure that the organization’s business needs are met.
Prepare accurate and detailed business requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations documents and obtain appropriate signoffs.
Provide solutions to new business ideas, system enhancements and identified system bugs.
Proactively identify where changes are needed and monitor the impact of change with the fit with Libro’s policies and procedures and brand.

What we are looking for? Could this be you ?

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or Accounting OR equivalent experience.
3-5 years’ experience in a Financial Institution with experience managing projects.
Advanced Skills in SQL, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
Ability to think analytically and should be a proven problem solver.
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data information.
Seek and participate in development opportunities above and beyond internal training.
