If you are a marketer who understands drummers and is passionate about creating solutions for them, we want you on our team

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Promotions**. You’re responsible for executing a monthly promotion calendar that aligns with Drumeo’s annual revenue goals.
- **Lead Generation**. Solve problems for drummers, gain their trust, and nurture them with lessons and special offers.
- **Trial Generation**. Inspire more people to start and continue playing the drums with Drumeo lessons.
- **Advertising**. Outline creative concepts and write ad copy that resonates with prospective drummers and motivates them to learn more about our lessons and products.
- **Analysis**. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
- **Project Management. **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphics, web development, and partnerships, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Adaptability**: The marketing landscape is constantly evolving, so being adaptable and open to change is crucial for staying ahead of trends, adjusting strategies as needed, and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Education & Experience_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields, with progressive responsibilities and metrics to support your success.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement and loyalty.
- Industry experience relevant to the brand's target market

- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
