Key Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Key Account Sales Manager** to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Duties**:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and grow existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for business development
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on account performance
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Leadership qualities and ability to work independently
