**Responsibilities**:

- Strong organizational, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Canva, Excel, Google platforms, and Microsoft Suite.
- Eagerness to learn, take direction, and enhance social media marketing skills.
- Goal and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Manage Social Media Accounts for both Advertising and Management.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal clients to achieve department goals in audience and revenue.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Social Media Advertising.
- Oversee paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Assist in department trainings and client sales calls, whether via zoom or in-person when appropriate.
- Explore new revenue streams related to the Social Media Department.
- Stay updated on best practices for all active social platforms.

**Job Details**:
Full-time, Permanent

Expected annual salary: $50,000

**Experience**:
Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
