As our Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with our management team. Your role will be pivotal in crafting engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and contributing to impactful marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic chance to leave a lasting imprint in a growing healthcare organization. As the Social Media Manager at Welmind Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and reaching wider audiences. Your responsibilities will involve:

- **Content Creation and Management**: Crafting innovative and engaging content tailored to our diverse audience, maintaining a consistent and impactful presence on all our social media platforms. This includes creating visual and textual content that resonates with our target population
- **Social Media Strategy Development**: Participating in the development and execution of our social media strategy. This entails determining the best platforms for engagement and developing tailored content strategies for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitoring and reporting on social media performance metrics. You will analyze data to understand the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making recommendations for improvement and audience preferences.
- **Innovative Engagement**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies, and suggesting innovative ways to enhance Welmind's digital footprint. This includes exploring new platforms and tools that could augment our social media strategy.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and organized posting across all platforms. This includes planning for special events, observances, and campaigns in line with Welmind's overall marketing strategy.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**: Representing and embodying the ethos and values of Welmind in every aspect of your social media engagement. As the voice of the brand online, maintaining a tone that is professional, empathetic, and aligned with our mission of promoting health and wellness.
- **Project Support**: Assisting in various other digital marketing projects and initiatives as needed, providing a broad exposure to different aspects of marketing within a healthcare setting
- **Audience Engagement and Interaction**: Actively managing and engaging with our community on social media platforms. This includes responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner, fostering a positive and supportive online community.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Schedule and manage posts across various channels, ensuring consistent audience engagement.
- Work with the management team on social media campaigns that align with our company’s objectives.
- Keep abreast of social media trends and suggest innovative strategies to enhance our digital footprint.
- Actively engage with our online community, responding professionally to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify improvement areas.
- Support various digital marketing initiatives within the company.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 year social media management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Learn & understand the distinct characteristics of our audience, innovating in how we reach and engage them through social media channels.
- Highly proficient using social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
