**This is what you will do**: As a critical team member within the Business Strategy & Commercial Operations team, the Business Insights Manager will be responsible for leading quantitative and qualitative data analytics, providing valuable market insights to the brand teams. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Analytics and ReportingDrive the generation and effective communication of insights through the utilization of internal and external secondary data sources.Lead standard deliverables such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Market Reports, and Weekly Performance Tracking. Business Systems Leadership (Alex 2.0)Act as a local expert and oversee ongoing processes, including enhancements, related to the ALEX/CRM platform.Provide comprehensive system training for users within the organization Commercial Forecasting and ModelingDevelop insights and input data points for global forecast models.Create and utilize forecasting models to support strategic decisionmaking.

Sales Force ExcellenceDesign, implement and administer sales incentive compensation plans.Support sales force sizing, territory sizing, targeting, and call planning initiatives.Evaluate and demonstrate sales force effectiveness and efficiency. Primary Market ResearchLead qualitative and quantitative market research projects.Collaborate with brand teams to understand business needs and design projects accordingly.Execute research projects within budget and timeline.Present findings, strategic insights, and recommendations. You will need to have: Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Data & Analytics or SciencesMinimum 3 years experience in Business Operations or Data & Analytics roles, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotech companiesExcellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills in English (French language skills are an asset).Strong problemsolving skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong knowledge of Access is advantageous.Experience with statistical data analysis, including linear models, multivariate analysis, and sampling methods.Proficiency in using Business Intelligence tools and maintaining data.Knowledge and familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably VEEVA.Forecast modeling and development capabilities.Demonstrated ability to generate valuable insights.Experience in designing and executing sales incentive compensation plans.Expertise in primary market research.Demonstrated ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and translate opportunities into actionable plans.Highly motivated selfstarter with a curious mindset.An MBA, prior experience in rare diseases and fluency in French, although not requirements, will be assets
