Insights & Forecasting Manager
The Insights & Forecasting Manager is the primary analytics point of
contact to internal partners and is accountable for leading all aspects of primary and secondary marketing research information and developing insights for assigned brands. The position provides recommendations and support for key commercial decisions (strategic and tactical). In addition, the role coordinates specific resources/expertise in Analytics and Operations to address partner needs.

**What you will do**:

- Assists in identifying and prioritizing commercial knowledge and insight gaps, as well as key business decisions.
- Leads the implementation of primary research projects that address commercial information/insight gaps or decisions.
- Leads the development and implementation of secondary research reports and metrics for product and squad teams to track and measure product outcomes, measures and results.
- Delivers high quality market and product reports/insights with marketing implications for the brand, as well as leading of insight projects to drive deep customer learning.
- Support the development of National and Provincial forecasts for assigned promoted brands to support product and squad partners.
- Ensures that projects and procedures are conducted in accordance with internal compliance policies.
- Mentors Insights/Business Analysts.

**Who you are**:
University Degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or Economics
5 years Pharma Primary Marketing Research
**5 years Pharma Secondary data analysis and sources (eg**: IMS Brogan)
5 years Pharma Forecasting, both market based and epidemiology
Good Problem solving skills
Good Analytical skills
Good Communication skills
**Good Technical/Computer systems knowledge (eg**: Excel, Tableau, Word, Powerpoint, SPSS)
Good Project management skills
Good Strategic thinking skills
Good SQL, Python, Tableau skills
