About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics and Insights Manager to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering advanced market and customer analytics, expert insights, and recommendations to internal partners on a range of business issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute primary and secondary market research studies to provide deep business insights and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead the integration of data from multiple sources to support business and customer strategies, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Design and manage market research budgets, and collaborate with vendors to implement studies and gather relevant insights.
  • Conduct complex analyses and translate results into actionable recommendations for business discussions and decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Integrated Therapeutic Area Teams and Functional teams, providing key insights and recommendations to inform customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or biotechnology, with +5 years of experience in analytics and/or market research in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of HCP customer universe analytics, prioritization, and segmentation methodologies, as well as intermediate knowledge of Canadian health systems and datasets.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to think strategically, lead, and influence/persuade strategic decisions without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in life sciences or biotechnology.
  • +3 years of experience in analytics and/or insights in Oncology.
  • Experience with Omnichannel engagement and analytics, as well as supporting teams with identifying pain points across patient and customer journeys.
