**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire new wholesale and retail customers by effectively presenting and explaining the benefits of our premium Ethiopian coffee products, ultimately closing deals with potential clients.
- Gain thorough insight into client needs, articulating product benefits, and tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Drive sales and revenue by proficiently upselling our coffee products, demonstrating their quality and value to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction and sales performance.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions in the database.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, specifically in acquiring both wholesale and retail clients, focusing on closing deals and expanding customer base.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in effectively upselling products or services, showcasing their value proposition to potential clients.
- Competence in data entry ensuring meticulous documentation of client interactions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer trends, optimizing sales strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Note: This role is commission-based. It's ideal for sales enthusiasts who excel in a target-driven environment._

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $50,577.00 per year
