Welcome to Greensborough Dental We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our team. The main role of the position is to ensure that the schedule is maintained fully booked. The employee is to keep records of pending/cancelled appointments and ensure patients are kept in the system and followed up appropriately. The role requires an individual to have a logical and non-invasive approach to booking appointments ( For example: Following up with a patient every week to book a recal is a very invasive and a non-logical apporach.) The employee will be provided with reporting and messaging systems to formulate logical, sound, and efficient process for booking pending appointments in. The employee may be asked to fulful reception duties on some days. These include: billing patients and collecting payment, ensuring paperwork is organized, answering patient queries, day-end reporting.

*Work experience:*

Ideally someone with 3 or more years as a Dental Reception or within the dental profession.

*Skills:*

Customer service; logical; efficient; pro-active; empathetic; has good knowledge of the dental feild and admin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
