Sales Operations Manager

**_ Job Responsibilities:_**
- **Sales Operations Management**: Oversee and enhance all aspects of sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
- **Pipeline Reporting**: Develop, manage, and optimize sales pipeline reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- **Sales Analysis**: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- **CRM Management (HubSpot)**: Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM database to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Train and support sales teams on best practices for CRM usage and data entry.
- **Marketing Distribution List Management**: Manage and maintain marketing distribution lists to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure lists are updated and compliant with data privacy regulations.
- **Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**: Utilize tools and techniques designed for account-based marketing to enhance targeted marketing efforts. Work closely with the marketing team to implement and optimize ABM strategies.
- **Programming and Automation**: Utilize basic programming skills to optimize workflows, and enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing operations. This role will oversee the DealHub contracting software as well as Marketing Automation Tools.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and deal closure.
- **Data Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits of the CRM system and marketing lists to ensure data quality and compliance with company policies and best practices.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support of sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, marketing campaigns, and financial reporting.
- **Performance Metrics and KPIs**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing teams, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.
**Skills**:
- Hubspot CRM Management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) is a plus
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience managing marketing distribution lists and utilizing account-based marketing tools strongly preferred
