Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalized industry of all. This lack of digitalization has left construction far behind a global economy on the rise and placed the industry as one of the least productive industries too.

We are looking for a leader to support developing and implementing strategies to help optimize sales performance and enhance overall sales effectiveness within the organization. This role will require you to work closely with the commercial leadership teams, sales operations and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement sales best practices to drive sales excellence.

With locations in the hearts of London, ON and Kitchener, ON we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- **Sales Training & Development**_:_ Create and develop innovative training programs for the commercial organization; Build out regular training cadences specific for the teams and markets; curate enablement content including the training material, playbooks and sales collateral.
- **Onboarding**: Build out Sales Onboarding to reduce ramp rates as we scale, market and segment specific
- **Sales Process Optimization**: Drive consistency throughout the sales cycle in all aspects of the Sales Process: Sales Pitch, Quoting, Sales Presentations / Pitch Decks, New Pricing, New Products, Account Plans, Etc
- **Sales Tools & Technology**: Manage sales enablement tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized and integrated into the sales process.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**_: _Work as a liason with the Product Marketing Management, Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on all commercial initiatives that are needed to drive success
- Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback from the sales team to continually refine and optimize sales enablement initiatives.

You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you’ll also work closely with in the job.
- If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
