**You will have the opportunity to**:
**Support the duties of the Chief Sales Office (CSO) Team**:
Provide ongoing assistance to colleagues using various sales tools and resources in particular:
Provide support and assistance for MS Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management), including troubleshooting and best practices

Provide support and assistance of the HUB Intranet including navigation, capabilities, and troubleshooting

**Assist with organization of and attend monthly sales meetings**:
Participate in planning call

Compile monthly reports, and data, as needed

Create slides and identify relevant videos, images, quotations, etc.

Maintain annual calendar for other training and orientation sessions throughout the year

Print handouts

Set up A/V equipment

**Participates in event planning and organizing**:
Assist with planning and logistics for Ontario sales conferences and other sales events, including, but not limited to, ordering marketing supplies.

Manage logistics for sales training sessions held in the Toronto office

Research, recommend and implement special projects and/or initiatives such as sales contests as required by the CSO or other members of the CSO Team

Collaborate with the Strategic Resource Managers on all aspects of sales enablement

**Support the CSO Office with the following**:
Data management, analysis

Prepare monthly report on sales for Executive Management Team

Sales activity reports for the CSO and Marketing Communications Manager

Cross sell activity reports including compiling data, tracking trends

Coordinate internal and external meetings for the CSO including booking locations as required, conference call logistics (including technical set up and troubleshooting), preparation of agendas, presentations, etc.

Coordinate and keep apprised of calendar scheduling and travel itineraries for CSO ensuring he is on top of what is upcoming

Manage travel arrangements and expense account submissions for CSO, Toronto Sales Leader and ensure timely administration of time off approvals

**Support Sales Team members with the following**:
Handle requests for HUB logos by 3rd parties

Handle requests from colleagues for HUB banners and tradeshow booth

Assist account teams to support and enhance new business presentations in Word and PowerPoint ensuring brand alignment

Assist with the creation of marketing collateral

Manage and direct internal and external referrals from colleagues, trade shows, website referrals and engage appropriate HUB sales contact

Support SRM and Sales Leaders with development of prospect campaigns and validate prospects lists

Establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally to achieve the goals of the CSO Team and the organization.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or related field

Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a corporate environment and administration, coordination or sales and/or marketing support role dealing with people internally and externally, data analytics, event management, project management etc.

**Advanced Proficiency in MS Office**: Word, Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookup, graphs), PowerPoint, Outlook

Prior experience supporting a sales team desired

Strong attention to detail

Must excel in a multi-deadline, fast-paced environment; excellent organizational, and prioritization skills

Ability to be proactive, anticipatory, and handle confidential material
